    Job Title: Data Analyst – Financial & Market Insights

    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making through financial and market analysis, cost modeling, and scenario planning. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will bring strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and a passion for solving complex problems.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct financial and market analysis to support key business decisions, including hardware pricing and cost modeling.

    + Execute detailed project plans and timelines, and deliver operational reporting to support business initiatives.

    + Perform ad-hoc business analyses and prepare insights for leadership communication.

    + Develop evaluation frameworks to assess and drive product cost improvement initiatives.

    + Design and coordinate the development of tools and systems to support the team’s evolving business needs.

    Basic Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

    + 0–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or capacity planning.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

    + Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + MBA or equivalent graduate degree.

    + Experience in operations or capacity planning.

    + Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools.

    + Experience developing tools or systems to support business operations.

    Technical Skills

    + Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

    + Financial Modeling

    + Variance Analysis

    + Microsoft Office Suite

    + Data Analysis

    + SQL (preferred)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
