    Job Title: Product Data Specialist

     

    This is a temporary role for at least 2 months, starting part-time and transitioning to full-time to assist with ERP implementation. The position is 100% onsite, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. Initially part-time, the role will move to full-time as the process progresses, with some flexibility in hours. The office setting is attached to a production floor.Job Description

     

    Assist with ERP implementation by reassigning part numbers, working on moving external part numbers to an internal system, and reformatting BOMs so they can be imported into the new ERP. Enter, update, and manage data across multiple product-related documents and spreadsheets with precision. Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors, ensuring outputs meet quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Adhere to data integrity, privacy, and security protocols to maintain confidentiality.

    + Digitize physical documents through scanning and manage print requests as needed.

    + Organize and maintain accurate records of data entry tasks, files, and project progress.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources.

    + Troubleshoot data entry issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

    + Respond promptly to authorized data requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    + Conduct routine data audits and cleansing activities to ensure completeness and reliability.

    + Prioritize data entry assignments in coordination with the supervisor based on business needs.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Excel and data entry (pivot table, and v-lookups)

    + Experience in data manipulation

    + Knowledge of part numbers and administrative clerical tasks

    + Familiarity with office suite and inventory management

    + Skills in data analysis, data collection, and data management

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in production/logistics

    + Exposure to part numbers is ideal

    + Inventory control experience

    + 2+ years in a data-driven role

    + Production data analysis experience is ideal

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
