    Honeywell UOP is actively recruiting for a  **Director, Product Management** for our Lifecycle Solutions and Technology (LST) Services business, specifically to lead the Integrated offering with HPS and UOP as part of the Digital Growth Portfolio

We are looking for a visionary, innovative thinker who will develop the strategic plan, solutions, and management of our Connected Services and solutions portfolio. We are looking for a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is customer obsessed and will provide leadership to a cross functional team of direct and matrix reporting employees. In this position, the Senior Director will be responsible for developing the business strategy and execution of that strategy with full P/L responsibility. This role will develop market opportunities, drive a paradigm shift in LST Services Offerings, manage internal processes, and form strategic relationships with key customers ranging from multinational companies to regional companies.

     

    This position requires an ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders across the organization. In this high impact role, you will work autonomously as a senior member of our leadership team to achieve organizational objectives. You will assist in the development of medium to long term planning: Annual Operation Plan (AOP) or Strategic Planning (STRAP).

    Key Responsibilities

    + **​** Lead the development and execution of the Performance+ Growth Offering integrating with key HPS/HCI offering and Performance+ Hub solutions portfolio for the Digital Growth portion of the LST business.

    + Own the segment P/L; provide oversight to ensure high level of customer satisfaction in meeting their services needs by ensuring flawless execution to customers.

    + Create an ecosystem of software and analytics solutions for Customers to attain maximum value in terms of Costs (Operating and Maintenance) costs reduction.

    + Define the Strategic Plan and business roadmap, services portfolio optimization, and competitive landscape.

    + Identify and develop paths to alternative service revenue streams

    + Manage and hold team accountable for innovation in services pipeline and adjacency growth ideas.

    + Oversight of contract negotiations and close deals

    + Represent HON at industry events and associations, conduct customer events and training workshops

    + Act as an advisor/consultant to understand customers unmet needs.

    + Build and launch new services offerings, innovative solutions and products with customer segmentation and strategic pricing to upsell customer base; inculcate the aspects of agility and speed to move quick in the market.

    + Strong adherence to Say/Do metrics and drive accountability to the team.

    + Attract and develop a top talent pool that drives the growth of this business. Partner with HR to build the talent roadmap, develop the organizational structure and create capability.

    + Responsible for motivating others; providing strategic vision for growth in services while driving self and others for positive business results for Honeywell and the customer.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + **​** 15+ years of experience in global Offering Management, Sales, Services and/or Operations and P&L management roles

    + Ability to connect the dots and handle project plans, timelines and risks effectively to enhance organizational value.

    + Proven track record of customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships

    + Strong customer focus and commitment to value creation. Understand what creates value for customers. Develop a customer centric organization that has a deep understanding of customers’ needs.

    + Deep knowledge of service offerings and alternative business models, combined with the commercial skills to develop new programs and services that have a positive impact on the bottom line

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelors degree from an accredited university in sustainability, engineering or related field.

    + Masters degree from an accredited university

    + 15+ years of experience in the Chemical, Oil and Gas Industry and deep domain expertise

    + Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with cross functional teams of all levels in a matrix organization, drive the team towards results and ensure Say/Dos are sacrosanct.

    + Strong leadership to create, adapt and drive change

    + Ability to anticipate future trends accurately; learn quickly and align business strategy accordingly

    + Experience with new product/services launch and scaling a business

    + Ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking, results orientated, problem solver with a positive outlook and a clear focus on driving profit

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Incentive Eligible

    Salary Range: $193.000 - $241.000
