What we’re looking for
The Lexus Guest Experience team is looking for a creative, proactive, and highly motivated candidate to fulfill the** **Lexus Guest Experience Sr. Analyst role.** **This position is primarily focused on improving guest retention by thoroughly understanding retail sales, service, and parts operations; ownership lifecycles and Omotenashi to implement unique programs and initiatives design to influence touchpoints throughout the customer journey. The** **Lexus Guest Experience Sr. Analyst** **is responsible for identifying areas of opportunity to elevate guests’ ownership experiences at the dealership, in-vehicle, and when using technology; ideate and develop actionable strategies to exceed guest expectations to increase brand retention.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborating with LRTM Planners to support the Lexus Engage Program – Fixed Ops.
Collaborating with the LRTM & LRM Planners to provide educational product content for respective communications when appropriate to bring awareness to Lexus owners.
Ideate innovative experimental sales and service initiatives designed to increase retail and brand retention.
Leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies to elevate guest experiences and foster brand loyalty.
Manage business partners providing industry data and consumer sentiments, then collaborate with internal analytics teams to develop reporting instruments to track key topics and inform key stakeholders of factors impacting guest experiences.
Benchmarking Tools/technologies available to improve dealer operations, investigating industry operational innovations, and researching automotive/non-automotive luxury Industries providing exceptional experiences.
Coordinating independently with Lexus HQ departments (including but not limited to Medallia, Connected Technologies, Future of Guest Experience Team, Lexus Area Offices, and Dealerships.
Lead planning for Lexus Covenant Council Meetings and action item implementation/follow up.
Acting as the team lead managing budget.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent oral and written communication (including A3) skills, with demonstrated collaboration and relationship management experience.
Ability to travel independently, about 30% of the time, as required for Area, dealership, and industry events.
Ability to develop creative solutions with little supervision and establish cross-organizational relationships to effectively gather necessary information to perform role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to create reports, graphs, charts and project timelines.
Project management experience.
Added Bonus if you have:
Vendor management experience (preferred)
Automotive retail or Lexus/Toyota field experience
Advanced degree
