Construction Financial Analyst

Pasadena, TX

System One is currently seeking a Construction Financial Analyst on a 6 month contract position located in Pasadena, TX.

Construction Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

+ Maintains, updates and coordinates the project cost report.

+ Coordinates with project managers to understand project scope and cost drivers.

+ Prepare and analyze assigned monthly variance analysis including forecast updates.

+ Assist in preparation of monthly variance analysis for internal reporting packages.

+ Maintain project files.

+ Create all purchase requisitions, coordinate with purchasing for issuance of purchase orders, and create change orders.

+ Coordinate all invoices received by project and sets them up for payment with corporate office.

+ Ability to understand all commercial obligations embedded in our agreements for assigned projects.

Construction Financial Analyst Requirements:

+ Experience with cost analysis, budgets and forecasts.

+ Strong business sense combined with proficiency in accounting knowledge.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and multi-task.

+ Peoplesoft experience preferred but not required.

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite.

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $30-40/hr
