Job Title: Business Analyst - API

Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options

Position Type: Multiyear Contract

Description

The Business Analyst evaluates overall performance, identifies areas for improvement, leveraging digital analytics to optimize business systems and processes and creates strategies to help the business become more efficient

1. Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills

2. Knowledge of business process modeling and system integration

Skills / Expectations

+ Knowledge of API technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, Swagger, JSON, XML) and related technologies.

+ Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise API documentation.

+ Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.

+ Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Azure ADO

+ Excellent knowledge of Power BI to create dashboards

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into precise, concise technical requirements for APIs.

+ Define API specifications, including request/response structures, payload formats, system interactions, and data mappings.

+ Create and maintain API documentation, including API specifications, user guides, and integration instructions.

+ Contribute to the development and improvement of API documentation workflows.

+ Create dashboards in Azure ADO and Power BI
