Job Title: Billing Specialist / Designer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

Hours: This position requires in office work Tues-Thurs and remote work Mon and Fri

System One is currently seeking a Billing Specialist / Designer (hybrid) on a 12 month contract position located in Eau Claire, WI.

Billing Specialist / Designer Responsibilities:

+ Data entry, communication with internal and external customers.

+ Work with limited supervision within a small team.

+ Will be using various software including, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Adobe, and Excel to respond to customer needs and work with several internal departments to get projects started and completed.

+ Work closely with two other individuals on the process and may interact with up to 100 designers, helping build packets, track payments and manage service installations.

Billing Specialist / Designer Requirements:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Attention to detail.

+ Knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam is a plus.

+ Background in design, business or accounting is beneficial.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Diverse background in accounting, business, construction management or GIS.

This is a hybrid role which requires in office work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays and remote work on Monday and Fridays.
