Ultimate Care is hiring immediately Split-Shift (12 hour) & Live-In HHA and PCA's throughout Manhattan, NY 10001

Pay Rates:19.10

Responsibilities

+ Provide personal care services to clients including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.

+ Aid clients with mobility, including walking and transfers.

+ Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring nutritional needs are met.

+ Administer medication reminders and document accordingly based on treatment plans.

+ Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

+ Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or case manager.

+ Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental well-being.

+ Must possess a valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.

+ Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is preferred.

+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.

+ Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients.

+ Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed.

+ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
