**Job Title:** Machine Operator/ Production Worker/Data Entry / General Labor

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to support our corn processing operations. This role involves working indoors in a climate-controlled production environment to handle corn post-harvest through moisture testing to packaging and shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in dusty and noisy conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Place corn husks on a conveyor system for husk removal.

+ Operate equipment to peel husks and dry corn.

+ Log drying times accurately for each batch.

+ Bag dried corn and prepare it for shipment as seed.

+ Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

+ Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.

Requirements:

+ Must have **reliable transportation** (job site is not accessible by public transit).

+ Ability to lift up to **50 pounds** regularly.

+ Comfortable working in **dusty and noisy** environments.

+ Basic **data entry and computer skills** preferred.

+ Valid **driver’s license** preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in agricultural or production environments.

+ Strong attention to detail and time management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
