Job Title: CNC Grinders needed

Are you a master of precision? Do you thrive on the hum of machinery and the satisfaction of a perfect grind?

We’re looking for a Cylindrical or Centerless Grinding Specialist who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You'll do** **:

+ Set up and operate cylindrical grinding machines with precision and care.

+ Measure and inspect workpieces using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures to ensure they meet exact specifications.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with grinding machinery.

+ Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure smooth workflow and top-tier output.

What You Bring

+ 1+ years of hands-on experience with cylindrical or centerless grinding machines.

+ 2+ years using precision measurement tools.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills.

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

+ A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Bonus Points For

+ Experience in sheet metal production or metal fabrication.

+ Familiarity with centerless and/or centerless grinding.

+ Ability to set up tools and machinery independently.

+ A knack for smoothing and finishing metal to perfection.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
