    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager responsible for maintaining the Draper building and being available on call for any immediate needs. You will ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently, addressing any maintenance or operational issues that arise.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of the Draper building.

    + Respond promptly to maintenance and operational issues.

    + Coordinate with the Canton Fire Department as needed.

    + Manage vendor relationships and oversee facility maintenance activities.

    + Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

    + Troubleshoot and repair any facility-related issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role.

    + Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

    + Experience with facility management, vendor management, and preventive maintenance.

    + Excellent troubleshooting skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must reside within 20-30 minutes of the location.

    + Experience dealing with heating and well water systems.

    + Mechanical background is required.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Canton, Massachusetts.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
