Job Title: Logistics Customer Coordinator
Job Description
As a Logistics Customer Coordinator, you will oversee shipment processes, ensuring accurate file handling, customer data management, and compliance. You will monitor inbound and outbound shipments, verifying receipt, processing, and timely delivery. Additionally, you will coordinate shipping and receiving operations, including scheduling, tracking, and resolving logistics issues, while proactively communicating with customers to provide updates and address any concerns or escalations. You will promote digital solutions to enhance customer experience and streamline operations, supporting or leading customer implementations in collaboration with operations and shared service centers. Your role will involve developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, as well as maximizing profitability through fast quotation execution, upselling, and GP analysis.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee shipment processes to ensure accurate file handling and compliance.
+ Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for timely receipt, processing, and delivery.
+ Coordinate shipping and receiving operations, including scheduling and tracking.
+ Resolve logistics issues efficiently and communicate updates to customers.
+ Promote digital solutions to improve customer experience and streamline operations.
+ Support or lead customer implementations, collaborating with operations.
+ Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
+ Maximize profitability through upselling, fast quotation execution, and GP analysis.
Essential Skills
+ 1 year of experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding.
+ Knowledge of freight forwarding regulations and processes.
+ Strong commercial mindset and problem-solving skills.
+ Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Ability to adapt to change and focus on customer solutions.
+ Advanced English proficiency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in logistics support and customer coordination.
+ Familiarity with shipping and receiving operations.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Brisbane, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
