    Responsibilities:

    + Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, scrapers, track loaders, dozers, motor graders, excavators, and compactors.

    + Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.

    + Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery.

    + Collaborate with team members to complete grading tasks efficiently.

    + Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.

    Essential Skills:

    + 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, especially in earth moving.

    + Proficiency with dozers, excavators, and other machinery.

    + Strong understanding of safety procedures and maintenance practices.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience with a wide range of equipment including skid steers, scrapers, track loaders, motor graders, and compactors.

    + Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

    **Experience Level:** Intermediate–Expert Level

    **Location:** Based in Lincoln, NE.

    Pay / Shift:

    + Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    + Half days on Saturday

    + Most machines are equipped with heating and cooling systems for operator comfort.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
