    Emmy Squared East Nashville is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences! The ideal candidate is someone that is passionate about elevating their hospitality career.     Position Responsibilities:

    As a Bartender, you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for:

    + Providing courteous and prompt service to guests.

    + Preparing beverage orders for bar and dining areas, adhering to signature recipes.

    + Following Emmy’s Steps of Service to ensure a consistent guest experience.

    + Entering guest orders accurately into the Toast POS system.

    + Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.

    + Communicating guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to the culinary team.

    + Performing opening and closing duties.

    + Maintaining a clean and presentable work environment.

    + Exhibiting a positive, outgoing demeanor during service.

    + Adhering to safety standards to promote a safe environment for yourself, coworkers, and guests.

    + Supporting additional tasks as assigned by management.

    Position Qualifications:

    + Minimum 1-year bartending experience.

    + In-depth knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.

    + Proven experience in cash handling, customer service, and problem-solving.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle guest needs effectively.

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    + Passion for hospitality and the food and beverage industry.

    + Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.

    + Physically able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and twisting.
