Job Title: Maintenance Foreman
Job Description
The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for overseeing the operation of property maintenance facilities, service and turnover teams. This role includes ordering and purchasing supplies within property maintenance budgets and coordinating service requests, turnovers, and preventative maintenance. The foreman will maintain all equipment supplies and ensure the completion of the preventative maintenance schedule. Communication with the Community Manager to define ‘made-ready’ for apartment turnovers, creating on-call schedules, and assisting the maintenance team with building repairs to ensure timely completion of work orders are also key responsibilities.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee the operation of property maintenance facilities, service, and turnover teams.
+ Order and purchase supplies within property maintenance budgets.
+ Coordinate and oversee all service requests, turnovers, and preventative maintenance.
+ Maintain equipment supplies and ensure completion of the preventative maintenance schedule.
+ Communicate with the Community Manager to define ‘made-ready’ for apartment turnovers.
+ Create and manage on-call schedules.
+ Assist the maintenance team with building repairs to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Essential Skills
+ Prior experience in painting, carpentry, or general contracting.
+ Valid state-issued driver's license.
+ Consistent work history in Facilities Maintenance and Property Management.
+ Experience in preventive maintenance, repair, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
