Aerotek is Hiring for an Electrician & Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Electrician and helpers to join our team and perform service work at industrial facilities around the Hickory area. This role requires individuals who are team players and possess a professional demeanor as it is customer-facing. The schedule offers a great work-life balance with a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, and a three-day weekend every week. Candidates must have a willingness to expand their skills and knowledge in the trade.

Responsibilities

+ Perform electrical service work at industrial facilities.

+ Collaborate with team members to complete projects effectively.

+ Exhibit professionalism in customer-facing interactions.

+ Contribute to the growth and development of the team.

+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Essential Skills

+ Electrical experience (minimum of 1 year)

+ Proficiency in conduit bending and wiring

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

+ Experience in industrial environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
