Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

+ The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining production stamping presses, robotic weld machines, and other plant equipment and facilities

+ The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

+ The maintenance technician needs to have a strong experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting stamping press repairs, as that is the biggest problem currently faced

+ The maintenance technician will also assist around the plant with preventative maintenance, facilities upkeep, and ensuring continuous production

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and repair production stamping presses and robotic weld machines

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot stamping press issues

+ Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and facilities

+ Assist with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

+ Set up and repair machinery

+ Perform fabrication and welding tasks

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

+ Assist with coil changes and feeder operations

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of experience in stamping press maintenance

+ Mechanical troubleshooting on press components, pumps, gears, and motors (hydraulics and pneumatics)

+ Electrical troubleshooting on sensors, 3-phase motors, 480V, 240V systems

+ Proficiency in welding (MIG) and fabrication

+ Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and electrical wiring

+ Ability to perform preventative maintenance and facility upkeep

+ Openings on all shifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Working thru new benefits package and working with the US to match the market

Starting from the ground up; would help get to make the plant what it is.
