    Job Description

    Are you a seasoned HVAC technician with a passion for high-end home markets? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team, specializing in the installation and servicing of HVAC units and boiler systems for in-floor heating. This role involves both new construction and remodel projects, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + HVAC Installation:Install HVAC units for new construction, remodels, and rough-ins.

    + Boiler Systems:Install boiler systems for in-floor heating.

    + Layout & Equipment:Create layouts and equipment lists for ordering materials for installation and final inspection.

    + Customer Training:Train customers on HVAC systems.

    + Troubleshooting:Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions and other problems in HVAC units.

    + Customer Service:Build rapport with homeowners and provide excellent customer service.

    + System Evaluation:Provide thorough evaluations of HVAC systems and develop a variety of options to meet customer needs.

    + Education:Educate homeowners on necessary services and reasons before starting work.

    + Safety:Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities.

    + Leak Testing:Test pipe, tubing joints, and connections for leaks using pressure gauge, leak detection additives, or soap-and-water solution.

    + Electrical Testing:Test electrical circuits and components for continuity using electrical test equipment.

    + Repairs:Repair and replace defective equipment, components, and wiring.

    + Client Interaction:Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify repairs.

    + Documentation:Maintain detailed notes of work before, during, and after completion.

    + Invoicing:Go over invoices with customers and collect payments.
