We are seeking an experienced Lead Construction Materials Technician to join our team and work on hyper-scale data center projects across various regions.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform Testing and Observations: Conduct thorough testing and observations on large commercial and industrial construction projects.

    + Daily Reporting: Prepare detailed daily reports on job site observations.

    + Review and Ensure Accuracy: Review the work and observations of other team members, ensuring all collected data is accurate.

    + Mentor and Train: Assist in training and mentoring other staff members on-site.

    Must-Have Certifications:

    + ICC Soils Special Inspector

    + ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector

    + ICC Structural Masonry Special Inspector

    + ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician I

    Skills Required:

    + ACI, Construction, Concrete Inspection, Materials Testing, Concrete, Asphalt, Soil Testing, Nuclear Gauge

    Top Skills:

    Additional Skills & Qualifications (Preferred but not required):

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
