Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.

+ Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

+ Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

+ Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

+ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

+ Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

+ Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

+ A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

+ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

+ Excellent leadership and communication skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

+ Proficiency in project management software and tools.

+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
