    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and warehousing equipment, including conveyor systems, forklift fleet, utilities, and lighting. In this role, you will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, Custodians, and Housekeepers, ensuring they are properly trained on all company procedures. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, conveyor systems, forklift fleet, and utilities.

    + Lead and train a team of Maintenance Technicians, Custodians, and Housekeepers.

    + Conduct daily inspections of interior and exterior sprinkler systems.

    + Plan, schedule, and assign work orders for the team to complete throughout the facility.

    + Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of Facilities Maintenance Experience.

    + At least 1 year of Supervisory experience, with 2+ years preferred.

    + Proficiency in HVAC systems.

    + Experience in facilities maintenance management.

    + EPA Universal certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + EPA Section 608 certification desired.

    + 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.

    + Experience in carpentry, masonry, and mechanics.

    + Understanding of 3-phase electric systems and plumbing.

    Work Environment

     

    Our facility operates Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with minimal weekend work required, except during ramp-up seasons. You will work in a 550,000 sq ft distribution facility, where safety and compliance are prioritized.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60405.00/yr.
