    We are seeking a Structural Engineer with 3-10 years of structural building design experience and a degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. The successful candidate will prepare full sets of construction drawings, ranging from 5 to 50 drawings, for permit submittals. This role requires coordination with other skill sets and experience using AutoCAD, Revit, RAM, RISA, Staad, Multiframe, Tedds, Enercalc, and other structural software packages. Our projects range from residential homes and communities to office buildings, education facilities, medical facilities, and parking garages. PE Certification is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare full sets of construction drawings for permit submittals.

    + Coordinate with other skill sets to complete projects.

    + Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, RAM, RISA, Staad, Multiframe, Tedds, Enercalc, etc.

    + Work on a variety of projects including residential homes, office buildings, education facilities, medical facilities, and parking garages.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with emphasis on Structural Design.

    + 3-10 years of experience in structural engineering.

    + Proficiency in structural software packages such as AutoCAD, Revit, RAM, RISA, Staad, Multiframe, Tedds, Enercalc, etc.

    + Experience in structural building design.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + PE Certification (preferred).

    Work Environment

    In office 5 days a week in Sparks, MD. Flexible start or finish times for individuals with family obligations.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
