Software IPT LeadJob Description

Responsibilities

+ Manage cost, schedule, and technical execution of the program.

+ Implement earned value management and status reporting.

+ Provide technical and programmatic direction.

+ Define and manage project schedules.

+ Conduct risk and opportunity management.

+ Oversee IPT-level systems engineering.

+ Plan staffing requirements.

+ Define and execute Agile and DevOps processes.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant software leadership experience.

+ Integrated Product Team leader or similar role experience.

+ Earned Value and Control Account management expertise.

+ Professional experience in software development.

+ Understanding of satellite command and control principles.

+ Knowledge of systems engineering functions including TPMs, operations concept development, requirements management, interface definition and control, and technical risk management.

+ Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with program processes such as program startup, Integrated Master Schedules with budget allocation, WBSs, EACs, and LREs.

+ Experience with Scrum/Agile development.

+ Skills in onboarding new work, proposals, and BOE development.

+ Proficiency in developing object-oriented software using Java.

+ Experience with satellite data processing and operations.

+ Ability to lead major milestone reviews.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
