    Medical Biller – Full-Cycle Billing

     

    Pay: $23–$25 per hour

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller to join our team! This position requires full-cycle medical billing expertise, including claims submission, payment posting, accounts receivable management, and denial resolution.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Process and submit medical claims accurately and timely.

    + Manage patient billing, insurance verification, authorizations, and payments.

    + Handle accounts receivable and resolve claim denials.

    + Maintain compliance with billing regulations and payer policies.

    + Work with healthcare providers to ensure proper coding and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience in medical billing and full-cycle revenue management.

     

    Familiarity with billing software and electronic medical records (EMR).

     

    Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.

     

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    The role is based in a clinic environment characterized by a very fast-paced atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The environment offers the opportunity to work with various specialty physicians and provides great internal benefits upon going direct.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
