Job Title: General Labor/Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking diligent candidates to join our team, where you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Your duties will include cleaning up scrap materials, ensuring that production has the necessary materials, cleaning machines, and assisting with any general warehouse tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

+ Clean up scrap materials to maintain a tidy workspace.

+ Ensure production areas are supplied with necessary materials.

+ Clean and maintain machinery as required.

+ Assist with various general warehouse duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general production or labor.

+ Ability to operate machinery and tools.

+ Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 6 months to 1 year of experience in operating, warehouse, or general labor roles.

Work Environment

Our metal manufacturing facility can be loud and dusty, so appropriate attire includes closed-toe shoes and jeans without holes. Work shirts should be suitable for a warehouse environment, and no dangly jewelry is allowed. The 2nd shift runs from 3:00pm to 11:00pm with a $1 shift premium, and overtime hours for the 1st shift are 6:00am to 3:30pm and for the 2nd shift are 3:30pm to 1:00am. Employees receive two 10-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

This is a position based out of West Bend, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $22.72/hr.
