Job Title: Trauma OR Registered NurseJob Description
The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients through the therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and collaboration with other healthcare members. The role follows the policies and procedures of Kendall Regional Medical Center.
Responsibilities
+ Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in the trauma operating room.
+ Utilize the nursing process and therapeutic use of self to deliver patient care.
+ Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
+ Adhere to established policies and procedures of the medical facility.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in acute care settings, particularly in trauma and operating room environments.
+ Registered Nurse with a valid FL RN or Compact RN license.
+ Degree from an accredited nursing school.
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, or the ability to obtain them within 30 days of start.
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an acute care trauma operating room.

Work Environment
Candidates must reside within a 30-minute radius of the facility due to mandatory on-call requirements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $82305.60 - $110947.20/yr.
