    Journeyman Plumber/Pipefitter – Commercial Projects (Richmond, VA)

    Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber/Pipefitter to join our team for commercial projects in Richmond, VA. This role involves assembling, installing, and repairing piping systems, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems, all in accordance with plumbing codes and project specifications.

    Job Duties:

    + Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems.

    + Read and analyze building plans and working drawings to determine required tools and the installation sequence.

    + Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and industry standards.

    Required Skills:

    + Construction plumbing

    + PVC and tubing installation

    + Blueprint reading and interpretation

    + Mechanical installation

    + Hand tool proficiency

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing.

    + Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation.

    + OSHA 10 certification preferred.

    Experience Level:

    Intermediate

    Schedule & Compensation:

    + Monday–Friday schedule.

    + Competitive pay based on experience.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
