Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team on the swing shift, working Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10:30pm. This role involves supporting production manufacturing processes to meet customer deadlines, with a focus on acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures. Candidates will complete orientation in the first week on the day shift.
Responsibilities
+ Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.
+ Complete routine assignments with detailed instructions under close supervision.
+ Maintain production standards and meet production goals.
+ Follow established policies and procedures, seeking approval for deviations.
+ Operate within metrics related to assembly tasks and ensure quality standards are met.
Essential Skills
+ Previous experience in electronic manufacturing, soldering (through-hole or surface mount), and a strong mechanical aptitude.
+ Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate programs similar to internet browsers and proficiency in Excel for documentation.
+ Experience with Outlook for communication.
+ Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift, with standing required at times.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
+ One or more years of related experience preferred.
+ Competence in assembly, soldering, mechanical, and electronic assembly tasks.
+ Experience using hand tools and reading blueprints.
+ A great attitude and willingness to be flexible in helping out in other departments.
+ Desire to progress and build a career in the organization.

Work Environment
Work in a light industrial/general assembly environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. Expect to work in a manufacturing setting on a swing shift from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required. This role involves lifting no more than 10-15 lbs and assembling pieces by hand, similar to connecting hoses.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
