Job Title: Facility Maintenance Lead
Overview
Step into a pivotal leadership role where you'll use your facility maintenance experience in a fast paced, distribution environment. As our Facility Maintenance Leader, you’ll oversee a high-performing team and ensure the seamless operation of critical systems—from HVAC and lighting to conveyor and forklift fleets. This is your opportunity to shape a safe, efficient, and forward-thinking workplace. Operational schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am - 3:30pm with optional overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Leading maintenance efforts across HVAC, conveyor systems, forklifts, and utilities.
+ Inspire and guide a team of maintenance and sanitation team members through hands-on training and mentorship.
+ Conduct proactive inspections of sprinkler systems and facility infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
+ Strategically plan and delegate daily work orders, aligning team efforts with operational priorities.
+ Drive compliance with safety and environmental standards through robust preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience, with a strong foundation in HVAC systems.
+ At least 1 year of leadership experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
+ EPA Universal Certification (Section 608 preferred).
+ Bonus points for skills in carpentry, masonry, mechanical systems, plumbing, and 3-phase electrical systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60405.00/yr.
