    Full-time Unit Manager

     

    We have an exciting opportunity for an RN to join our leadership team as the Unit Manager . This position will work directly with the DON to continue to improve our clinical outcomes through direct supervision, guiding, auditing, and providing support to our staff. Candidates must have RN/LPN licensure with supervisory and skilled nursing facility experience. All candidates must demonstrate efficiency, dedication to residents and staff, model professionalism at all times and practice active problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    Position Summary:

    The RN/LPN – Unit Manager assists the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, developing, and implementing the overall daily operations of the Nursing Services department. The Unit Manager will ensure the highest degree of quality patient care in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This is a unique position unlike any other due to the population of residents we serve and the ability to provide total care, education and rehabilitation to such a special population of residents.
