    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Quality Inspector to join our team in Colorado Springs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in quality assurance and nondestructive testing, who thrives in a cleanroom laboratory environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

     

    As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for performing incoming inspections, conducting nondestructive testing using microscopes, X-ray, and other lab equipment, and assisting in failure analysis reporting. Your work will directly support the integrity and performance of high-precision semiconductor components.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct nondestructive testing (NDT) using microscopes, X-ray, and other lab tools

    + Perform incoming inspection of piece parts, including steam age and solderability testing

    + Assist in writing and completing failure analysis reports

    + Operate lab and inspection equipment in a cleanroom environment

    + Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality control procedures

    + Work independently with limited supervision

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in quality assurance and quality control

    + Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operation

    + Hands-on experience in nondestructive testing

    + Ability to troubleshoot and identify component issues

    + Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting

    + Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Nondestructive Testing (NDT) certifications are a plus

    + Experience with soldering and steam age testing

    + Prior experience in a regulated or high-tech manufacturing environment

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $27.88/hr.
