Maintenance Technician II

Up to $40/hr on Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician for a direct placement on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of maintenance procedures and be able to visualize the 'domino effect' of repairs. While experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or FDA industries is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventive maintenance and equipment changeovers.

+ Execute break fixes on various equipment including solids, liquids, thermoformers, serialization equipment, labelers, check weighers, cartoners, and pack-out equipment.

+ Utilize SAP and CMMS software for data tracking.

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC systems.

+ Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.

+ Experience in automation and electrical schematic reading.

+ Ability to read blueprints and understand maintenance repair processes.

+ Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Strong memory and understanding of maintenance scope.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with SAP and CMMS software is a plus.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.

+ Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled, FDA regulated environment that is extremely clean. All necessary tools will be provided upon starting. The position is not physically demanding and does not require climbing, bending, or stooping. The shift schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 8 PM to 5 AM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lockbourne, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
