    Classification: Full Time

     

    Shift: AM/PM and to include weekends and holidays\.

     

    Hourly Wage Scale: $21\.01 \- $23\.34

    What will I be doing:

    A Laundry Sorter is responsible for ensuring the proper sorting and distribution of laundry to meet Hilton's high standards of quality\. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

    + Pre\-sort and separate linen by classification and transfer by lifting, carrying, or transporting to workstations\.

    + Empty the laundry chute\. load off\-site customer laundry onto belt and prepare loads for washer\.

    + Run folding equipment to fold mats, blankets, towels, bedspreads, etc\.

    + Separate out laundry requiring mending or special stain removal\.

    + Clean empty hampers\.
