    We-re seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing that can cast a vision to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. This role is responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance customer engagement, and align with the bank-s business objectives.

     

    This is an in-office position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with executive leadership and business line leaders to develop and lead marketing strategies that align with strategic goals to grow market share and drive revenue.

    + Creatively connect our unique brand to storytelling in all forms using consistent brand voice and delivering compelling assets that leverage our value proposition to drive customer engagement and growth.

    + Leverage market and industry trends with curated customer insights to influence marketing decisions to attract new customers, deepen relationships and increase customer lifetime value.

    + Direct campaigns by using traditional and digital marketing channels (including but not limited to websites, internal software systems, social media and email).

    + Model, monitor and optimize campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and ROI.

    + Manage and mentor a results-driven marketing team in an Agile environment.

    + Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor-s degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred).

    + 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally in banking or regulated industries. Fintech experience is desirable.

    + Expertise in digital marketing, CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Marketing Cloud), and marketing analytics.

    + Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator with strategic vision and business acumen.

    + Creative, analytical, and adaptable-able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
