    The Role:

    The Ink Production Cell Operator is a member of a production team striving to provide quality products and services that exceed our customer’s expectations. In this role you’ll have an opportunity to contribute as part of the ink manufacturing team- utilizing standard procedures for product packing, assembly, manufacturing, raw material handling, mixing, equipment operation and safety requirements.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Execute manufacturing operations according to standards (SOP’s) and job safety requirements

    + Operate production line machinery and computers

    + Perform equipment changeovers as required

    + Operate forklift to maintain raw material supply for the production line

    + Complete daily production logs and required reporting

    + Perform preventative maintenance on production line machinery as required

    + May generate, collect, move and store hazardous waste or prepare document(s) related to hazardous waste management. May assist loading of hazardous wastes onto transporter trucks

    + Proposes any identified improvement in the activity scope

    + Maintain material supply level adhering to just in time manufacturing principles

    + Frequent standing, kneeling, bending and / or lifting. Pulling up to 50 lbs

    Job Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Ability to read and write as well as follow written instructions

    + Good hand eye coordination and dexterity

    + Good vision and ability to distinguish between color

     

    1st Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
