Your Role: Primary Care Physician Assistant – Community Care
As a licensed, certified Physician Assistant, you will independently deliver a broad scope of primary care services for patients of all ages in mobile clinic settings. This includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and post-discharge support for vulnerable populations.
**Location:** Dallas, TX + 5 Surrounding Counties
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend community events
What You’ll Do:
+ Perform comprehensive or problem-focused health assessments
+ Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices
+ Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
+ Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions
+ Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and care teams
+ Educate and counsel patients on disease management, medications, lifestyle, and prevention
+ Perform in-scope procedures (as credentialed and delegated)
+ Document care in EMRs and coordinate appropriate referrals
+ Support population health initiatives and quality care metrics
+ Foster long-term patient relationships and community trust

+ Ability to work autonomously in non-traditional care settings
+ Comfort with mobile/field-based practice and community engagement
+ Proficiency with EMRs and digital health tools

QUALIFICATIONS
What You’ll Bring:
+ Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
+ Experience: 1 year of clinical experience required (primary care experience preferred)
+ Licensure & Certification:
+ Current Texas PA license (or ability to obtain)
+ Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 30 days of hire)
