This role focuses on bringing healthcare services directly to underserved areas across Dallas County and five surrounding counties south of Dallas, providing a unique opportunity to treat patients of all ages in their own communities.

Your Role: Mobile Clinic Nurse Practitioner – Community Care
As a licensed, certified Nurse Practitioner with independent prescriptive authority, you will deliver primary care services directly to patients in community-based settings. This includes preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, and post-discharge follow-up—tailored to medically underserved populations.
**Location:** Dallas, TX and Surrounding Counties
**Schedule** : Primarily Monday–Friday with occasional weekend community events
Core Responsibilities:
+ Conduct comprehensive or focused physical exams and health histories.
+ Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and screenings.
+ Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based guidelines.
+ Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions.
+ Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
+ Maintain thorough documentation and initiate referrals as needed.
+ Perform minor in-scope procedures as credentialed.
+ Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Skills:
+ Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making ability
+ Strong communication and patient counseling skills
+ Comfort working independently in mobile/community settings
+ Proficiency with EMRs and digital health tools

Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring:
+ Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
+ Experience: At least 2 years in primary care preferred
+ Licensure & Certification: Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Primary Care NP
+ Current Texas NP license (or eligibility)
+ BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
