A Sr Telecommunication Specialist at Munson Healthcare participates in the design of complex new systems and the maintenance of new and existing telecommunication networks. Provides project management and direction to the telecommunication team. Uses effective communication skills to consult with telecom customers. Conducts research and analysis on new telecom products, services, and standards in the IT industry. Manages the deployment of new equipment and replacement of old equipment. Assists IT teams to resolve telecom issues with existing and new equipment. This level requires seasoned staff with educational background and/or experience to perform tasks independently. Coaches team members and mentors individuals.

What’s Required:

Experience/Education

+ Must have one of the following (required):

+ Associate’s degree (preferably IS/Business/Electronics or healthcare emphasis) with 4 years’ relevant experience (IS/Business/Electronics or healthcare)

+ Bachelor’s degree (preferably IS/Business/Electronics or healthcare emphasis) with 2 years relevant experience (IS/Business/Electronics or healthcare)

+ 6 years in healthcare or IS/Business experience

+ Experience in Information Systems (IS) beneficial

+ Experience in healthcare beneficial
