Job Description:

RxSafe is seeking a well-rounded, hands-on Marketing Intern to support multimedia content creation, digital marketing, and operational logistics. This role offers practical experience in video editing, social media, event preparation, and general marketing operations within the pharmacy automation industry.

For the right candidate, this internship may lead to a full-time position following the 13-week term.

**What You’ll Do** :

+ Assist with video editing (Reels, YouTube Shorts, product demos) using tools like CapCut and Premiere Pro

+ Help create engaging graphics and visual content using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

+ Capture and edit photography (headshots, product shots, event images)

+ Support social media scheduling and content posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

+ Join creative sessions to contribute design and messaging ideas

+ Provide basic A/V and tech support for internal demos and meetings

+ Handle CRM updates, track campaign metrics, and assist in organizing marketing data

+ Help prepare for tradeshows: packing crates, printing materials, labeling, and coordinating shipments

+ Assist with event calendar updates, marketing collateral management, and expense reports

+ Complete general paperwork and documentation to support marketing and sales operations

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, and basic Adobe Creative Suite tools

+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

+ A good eye for design, visual storytelling, and consistent branding

+ Familiarity with social platforms including Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

+ Dependable, eager to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, capable of making data-driven decisions and adjustments to strategies.

+ Communication and Organizational Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with time management and organizational skills

+ Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, respond to shifting priorities, and handle diverse tasks.
