As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The Central Fleet team within CSCO is responsible for optimal fulfillment and transformation of Google’s fleet by balancing and shaping demand intent from our Product Areas (PAs), owning deployment decisions for new technology, and driving supply capability across data centers.
As a Planning Technical Program Manager (TPgM) you will be accountable for driving Efficiencies by optimizing the Compute and Storage fulfillment for PAs using Central Fleet inventory, and enabling on-time delivery of capacity resources. In this highly cross functional role you will use your problem-solving skills to establish and drive metrics, drive process and system improvements to accomplish efficiency and scalability goals, and directly support our rapidly growing infrastructure at our global data centers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Develop short and long term models that seek to optimize supply and minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining/improving service levels.
+ Present recommendations to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.
+ Drive cross-functional projects/ programs to implement new capabilities and improve existing ones across the organization.
+ Establish methods (statistical models, processes and software tools) to evaluate the supply chain, ability to meet customer demand and develop inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally and drive resolution of supply chain exceptions/ escalations in a timely manner.
