Your Responsibilities:

+ Provide comprehensive primary care to patients assigned through patient choice and value-based contracts.

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC.

+ Participate in provider meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.

+ Occasionally assist with patient care during high-volume periods in the ER.

Qualifications:

+ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

+ U.S. work authorization required (we are unable to sponsor visas).

+ Prior primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

+ Eligible for medical staff privileges at our facility.

Preferred Skills:

+ Proficiency with EMRs; EPIC experience is a plus.

+ Understanding of Rural Health Clinic operations and reimbursement models.
