    Job Requisition: REQ3605 Employment Type: Full Time Shift: Rotating Hours Per Week: 40 hrs

     

    Hiring Range: $128,606.40 - $178,089.60

     

    The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

     

    Responsibilities: • Schedules and assigns daily work assignments for pharmacy staff.

     

    • Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations, and applies progressive discipline when appropriate. Participates in hiring and termination procedures within span of control.

    • Acts as liaison between department and other hospital departments, physicians and external customers in matters relating to pharmacy operations.

    • Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure that procedures and policies comply with organizational, federal, state and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.

     

    Minimum Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration: • Required Credential(s): • Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

     

    Education: • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy required. Master's degree preferred.
