As our Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to support employee experience aligning initiatives with the organization's goals and objectives within America. You will be working closely with business leaders, supporting our national HR tems, and developing, implementing, and managing our Employee Experience Initiatives. This position will provide impact globally, as it is instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that will enhance business performance and employee engagement.
How you create impact
+ Closely collaborate with our global business and HR leaders to align strategy with our Employee Experience (EX) in America
+ Adopt and drive the implementation of global EX initiatives
+ Drive focused projects linking to our global and local strategy, focusing on organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement and change management
+ Adopt and implement global strategic initiatives of Talent and Organizational Development for the US
+ Drive talent management and succession planning processes for respective areas
+ Develop and execute clear and concise communication strategies for HR EX Key programs
+ Partner with Global Talent Development on the creation and drive the implementation of change processes and reorganizations
+ Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand business needs and align HR strategies
+ Create and analyze reports to track program effectiveness and employee sentiment, using data to identify trends and recommend appropriate actions
What we would like you to bring
+ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
+ PHR, SPHR, or GPHR certification required
+ 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior Talent and Development, or Organizational Development role
+ Experience leading process implementation and change management initiatives, particularly
+ Previous experience supporting business clients in a global matrix environment
+ HR experience in the freight forwarding industry is beneficial
+ 4-1 Hybrid work schedule in Jersey City, NJ required

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-KE1
