• Marketing Activation & Event Associate

    Cella Inc (West Chester, PA)


     

    Support the development of sales tools and collateral to support the Sales teams in ongoing portfolio selling and marketing program execution.

     

    Partner with the full OCS Marketing team on channel execution plans related to NPDs, including assistance with sampling and marketing plan execution.

     

    Work with the Sales Team, and other appropriate parties, to gather requirements for creative requests and prepare briefs for the agency.

     

    Work with the creative agency to prioritize projects and requests and assist in trafficking marketing materials.

     

    Manage the production/printing of sales materials and online inventory management of all assets.

     

    Support the execution of the Distributor training programs, helping with content creation, marketing materials, and logistical support.

     

    Assist with the planning and execution of trade events and conferences, including logistical planning and creative execution.

     

    Assist the OCS Marketing team in budget management and tracking, including PO setup and Invoice processing.

    Qualifications:

    Four year degree from an accredited institution.

     

    0-2 years Trade Marketing & Activation experience.

     

    Strong communication skills.

     

    Strong proficiency in PPT, Excel.

     

    Self-started able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

     

    Strong project management skills.

     

    Experience working on creative development with agencies or internal design resources.
