    Customer Service Representative (On-site | Broomfield, CO)

    3-Month Contract-to-Hire | $20/hr | Full-Time

    What You’ll Do

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls (up to 120+ daily) to assist customers with billing inquiries.

    + Use collection strategies to resolve past-due accounts and offer payment options.

    + Maintain accurate records in the CUBS CRM system and utilize Noble for call handling.

    + Provide professional and empathetic support to customers, including those who may be upset or frustrated.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of account discrepancies.

    What We’re Looking For

    + 1+ year of face-to-face customer service experience (retail, food service, etc.).

    + Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

    + Comfortable working with computers and navigating multiple systems.

    + Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

    + Nice to Have: Call center or collections experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with state/local collection laws.

    Schedule

    + Monday–Thursday: 11 AM – 8 PM

    + Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM

    + Rotating Saturdays: 1 per month (assigned)

    + Overtime may be required

    + Pay: $20/hour

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
