• Provider Relations Representative

    TEKsystems (Lincoln, NE)


    Description

    Maintains contract knowledge to ensure customers receive accurate and compliant information.

     

    Performs administrative updates and changes within service standards.

     

    Assists with system enhancement development and testing.

     

    • Provides backup support to other positions in the department.

     

    Partners with large dental service organizations (DSO’s) on all of their administrative needs

     

    Resolves complaints and assists with customer escalations via phone and email

     

    Responds to customer service phone or email inquiries – limited phone; frequent emails.

     

    Other duties as assigned.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
