Creative Fellow

Our Creative Fellows (CFs) are critical to raising our creative/design brand and standards while using their elevated expertise to navigate complex design efforts. Work You'll Do
+ Creates results through a focus on the design, creation, and delivery of responsive websites, software applications, and mobile products, or a focus on advertising campaign ideation, development, and execution of cross-channel customer engagement strategy
+ Interacts extensively with clients (C-suite level) and serves as voice of the user while utilizing cutting-edge industry standards and user-centered design to accommodate customer needs and technical requirements while driving the creation of omni-channel digital experiences
+ Leverages user-centered design to help clients and Deloitte innovate and unlock strategies related to elevating human experience
+ Grows design, experience, advertising, and/or marketing expertise (both methods and people) across multiple industries and sectors; owns standards to promote campaign excellence
+ Leads, mentors, and develops junior creative resources
The Team
Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications
Required
+ Minimum of 10 years in a senior creative or design role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
+ Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality client impact, evidenced by at least three successful projects with strategic accounts or high-risk engagements.
+ Proven experience in engaging with C-suite clients and driving the creation of omni-channel digital experiences.
+ Experience carrying a business development quota and leading business development pursuits end-to-end
+ Ability to travel 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Preferred
+ Experience leading and mentoring creative teams
+ Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $235,500 to $392,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
