Description
1. Imaging and Setup: • Perform imaging tasks for Windows 10. • Set up new employees with necessary hardware. • Knowledge of end-user computing hardware, including monitor and docking station setup. 2. Active Directory Administration: • Manage group memberships by adding and deleting users. 3. Microsoft Exchange Administration: • Forward mailboxes to users during vacations and perform various administrative tasks. 4. PC Administration: • Hold administrative rights on all workstations. • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues. 5. Ticket Queue Management: • Utilize ServiceDeskPlus from Zoho to manage ticket queues. • Handle approximately 70 tickets daily, with peak activity in the mornings. 6. Team Collaboration: • Work effectively within a fast-paced team environment. • Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues as needed. 7. Endpoint Central Management: • Use Zoho/ManageEngine’s cloud-based computer management tools. • Perform remote control tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications: • Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role. • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and PC administration. • Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceDeskPlus from Zoho. • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone. • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. • Knowledge of hardware setup and imaging tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
