    + Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

    + Salary: $77,761-97,201 plus annual target bonus

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Delivers the company’s field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met

    + Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team

    + Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level

    + Analyze and assess relevant business data for field service metrics and manage financial controls as the Supervisor

    + Other duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    + Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
