    Position Overview:

    Maintains a clean, attractive and safe environment in assigned areas by performing a variety of appropriate cleaning, transport, equipment handling, room set-up, trash removal, and linen handling duties.

    EDUCATION

    _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._

     

    + HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

    + Experience as an Environmental Services Technician in a healthcare setting is preferred.

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    + Knowledge of healthcare equipment and cleaning chemicals is preferred.

    + Able to prioritize and complete assigned tasks;

    + Able to follow written and spoken instructions.

    Pay Range is $24.28 to $29.59 / hour

     

    _The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
